Our team

Your Hosts, Louisa and James , and Guest Services Manager Maddison, have worked together for four years to ensure our guests have the best possible experience when staying with us.

Maddison has an eye for detail and style and aims for the best presentation of the property for guests. Along with her multiskilled partner, Shaun, they are a fabulous team on site, and as remote hosts. We also welcome the Cook Family of amazing girls to the Guest Services Team for our busy summer 25/26 season, we are extremely grateful.

Your booking details are managed by Louisa, who along with her husband Jamie and family, work a broadacre cropping and sheep farm in the Upper Great Southern. Although we would love to be more regular, beachside in Busselton, we know and understand the area very well and are happy to assist with anything along the way to making your stay the best possible experience.
