Yes, we have free off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You may also park on the front verge - but not wholly on the road as you will obstruct traffic. No parking on neighbours' verges...their view is important too! ...and no squeezing onto the front lawn as you will crack our retic! 😉There is more on street parking just 100m around the corner, on Craig Street, for visitors. Please note that there is no guest access to the garage.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes, the Deck House is certainly family-friendly! A highchair, porta cot, and a bassinet are available upon request for the littlest family members. *Note all children over 12 months and adults are counted as one occupant to a maximum of 8, as per STRA Regulations. Infants under 12 months should still be noted when booking.

The Deck House can welcome your furry family members, a maximum of 2 small to medium pets, as specified and approved by the owner before arrival, may be permitted. Pet approval is at the owner’s absolute discretion.  Please ensure you confirm this arrangement with the hosts prior to booking as fees and conditions apply.

More than 30 days before arrival

You will receive a 100% refund of your bond (paid or verified) and all accommodation fees paid.

Between 30 and 14 days before arrival

You will forfeit your bond.

All accommodation fees paid will be refunded in full.

Less than 14 days before arrival

You will be refunded your bond, however accommodation fees are non‑refundable.

If the property is successfully rebooked for your dates, your accommodation fees will be refunded, less an amount equivalent to the bond.

Once your stay has commenced

No refunds apply.

We do provide the option to pay by Credit Card by requesting a 'STRIPE PAYMENT' code; the associated fees will be added to your invoice.  Depending on the card used, this extra transaction fee ranges from 1.7% to 3.5% for domestic and international credit cards and may include FX fees., and all fees attract GST. 

Other booking platforms charge similar fees built into their commission/fee structure. 

Any data or personal information received through the course of booking, enquiries, or financial transactions will not be used or disclosed to any third party for any reason whatsoever.
