House rules

• This is not a party or event house. Neighbours' rights are to be respected as if you lived here. Noise must be taken inside at a reasonable hour (9.30-10 pm). This is not a suitable destination for hens and bucks’ nights, engagement parties, and the like. We do not accept bookings for Leavers, with or without adult accompaniment. We appreciate your understanding and compliance. 
• Government issued photo ID is required prior to check in.
• When utilising the self-contained sleep out, the total number of people accommodated at the property CANNOT exceed 8 persons due to our STRA and City of Busselton Registration.
• The property has ample parking for 3 cars on the property. There is an electronic sliding gate you can put a car, boat, or trailer behind if you want to lock it securely on the property, and single-file parking for 2 cars in the driveway in front of the garage.
• The garage is locked and not available for guest parking or storage. Please don't use neighbours’ verges or driveways for parking - the views are a priority for all residents here! * You may incur local City of Busselton parking infringements. You may park on the verge in front of the Deck House.
