House rules

Our property can host a maximum of 8 people (adults and children). Infants under 12 months don’t count toward the limit, but they do need to be listed in your booking. This limit is imposed by WA STRA and the City of Busselton to meet regulatory compliance; it is not a discretionary house rule. Even when using the self‑contained sleepout, the total number of guests cannot exceed 8.

This property is not suitable for parties or events. Please respect our neighbours as you would around your own home.

Keep noise indoors after 9:30–10:00 pm.

The house is not available for or appropriate for hens or bucks’ nights, engagement parties, or similar gatherings. Please contact the host for additional information and conditions.

Bookings for Leavers are not accepted, regardless of adult supervision, nor adults booking for Leaver's gatherings despite being onsite. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

The main booking guest must provide government-issued photo identification before check-in and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

The property offers off‑street parking for up to three vehicles. One vehicle may be secured behind the electronic gate (suitable for a car, boat, or trailer); however, please do not park on the lawn as the reticulation may be damaged. Two additional vehicles can be parked single‑file in the driveway in front of the garage. You may also park on the verge directly in front of The Deck House. Please do not park on neighbours’ verges or driveways, as the views are important to all residents. Parking infringements may be issued by the City of Busselton for improper parking or road obstruction.

There is to be no charging of EV vehicles from any power outlet at the property. The electrical system has not been tested or certified for EV charging. Public EV charging stations are available in Busselton.

The garage is locked and not available for guest use.
