Please note that Deck House will be taking a short pause from bookings from late July to October 2026 as we complete an exciting series of renovations designed to enhance guest comfort, accessibility, and overall enjoyment of the property. These works follow on from our internal and external painting and include the installation of an accessibility ramp into the property, the replacement of the laundry and family bathroom, improvements to the pool enclosure area, and a number of smaller upgrades throughout the home.

Bookings from early October are now open, and we look forward to welcoming guests back to enjoy the refreshed Deck House through spring, summer, and into 2027. As availability is already filling quickly, we encourage early bookings to secure preferred dates.
Stylish and contemporary, The Deck House offers year-round comfort for up to 8 guests. Enjoy peaceful mornings overlooking Geographe Bay from the comfort of the expansive deck. With versatile bi-fold doors, you can embrace the sea breeze or stay cozy and sheltered—perfect for gatherings, relaxation, and making memories.
The main bedroom is a peaceful sanctuary, featuring one-way windows that frame breathtaking water views. Enjoy the luxury of watching the world go by from the comfort of your bed. The living area’s open design and beautiful wood floors create a breezy coastal feel that’s as stylish as it is low maintenance. Recent upgrades have elevated this home to new heights of comfort.
Compliant with City of Busselton and State STRA regulations, The Deck House is ideal for families and groups seeking a premium coastal escape. Note: Not available to Leavers.
The main house features four well-appointed bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King bed & Ensuite
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: Two king singles
The Guesthouse is a fantastic extra for those seeking extra privacy (included in nightly rate)
- Bedroom 5: Fully self-contained, air-conditioned sleepout
- King bed, kitchenette, table & chairs
- Modern shower/bathroom
- Own TV (not smart) and private entrance via four stairs
- Note: Does not increase the maximum occupancy of 8 guests

Louisa is a fantastic host who replies promptly to messages. She is extremely accommodating and honest. The house is in an amazing spot, and is perfectly set up for either families or a group of friends. There are plenty of areas both inside and outside to sit and relax. All the beds are super comfy too! Louisa has lots of clearly written instructions in the house to help you settle in and use appliances, air-con, lights, BBQ, etc. I highly recommend anyone to book and stay in this beautiful house.

A beautiful house in a gorgeous location. Perfect for our family get together of 8 adults and one dog. Plenty of space to come together for meals and board games and also enjoy some privacy. Stunning outlook across the ocean. A place to enjoy in all kinds of weather. Louisa is a fabulous host and we would love to holiday in her home again. Thank you for having us.

What amenities are included at the Deck House?

The Deck House is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchen with modern appliances, and a butlers pantry, private outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas. The Deck House also features a private pool, and spacious deck with magnificent views across the Bay.
How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
The Beach
The Deck House is literally opposite the beach! With views across Geographe Bay from the Busselton Jetty to Dunsborough.
Is parking available at the properties?
Yes, we have free off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. You may also park on the front verge - but not wholly on the road as you will obstruct traffic. No parking on neighbours' verges...their view is important too! * there is on street parking just around the corner on Craig Street for visitors.
What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Is the property family-friendly?
Yes, the Deck House is certainly family-friendly! A highchair, porta cot, and a bassinet are available upon request. *Note all children over 12 months and adults are counted as one occupant to a maximum of 8, as per STRA Regulations. Infants under 12 months should still be noted when booking.
Is the property pet-friendly?
The Deck House can welcome your furry family members, a maximum of 2 small to medium pets, as specified and approved by the owner before arrival, may be permitted. Pet approval is at the owner’s absolute discretion. Please ensure you confirm this arrangement with the hosts prior to booking as fees and conditions apply.
