Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date you will receive a 100% refund of bond (paid or verified) and all accommodation fees paid.
• If you cancel less than 30 days but more than 14 days before your arrival date you will forfeit your bond, and accommodation fees paid will be 100% refunded.
• Should you cancel less than 14 days from your arrival date you will be refunded your bond but not accommodation fees paid.

  * If I successfully rebook the property, your accommodation fees will be refunded less an administration fee.

• Once the booking has commenced - no refunds.
